What does a WordPress maintenance service do?

It does the regular jobs that keep a WordPress site safe: updating WordPress and its plugins, taking backups and checking for viruses. We do all three for you every month.

Why does my WordPress site need updating?

Updates fix security holes. Out-of-date plugins are one of the most common ways WordPress sites get hacked, so leaving them for months is a real risk.

My site is hosted somewhere else. Can you still look after it?

Yes. WordPress care runs on our WordPress hosting, and we move your site across for free. You keep your domain name, wherever it's registered.

What if an update breaks something?

Your site is backed up every night and the backups are kept in two separate places, so it can be put back the way it was. Just call or WhatsApp us.
