How much does business email cost?
£2 a month per mailbox, with no VAT to pay. Set-up and moving your old emails are included. Add as many mailboxes as you need; see the price table.
How do I create a business email?
You need a domain name (like yourbusiness.co.uk) and an email service. Pick both when you order and we set everything up. You don't need to touch any technical settings.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Tell us the domain when you order and we'll add the email settings to it. If someone else looks after the domain, we'll tell you exactly what to send them.
What is a professional email address?
It's an email address at your own business name, like jo@yourbusiness.co.uk, instead of a free Gmail or Hotmail address. Customers trust it more.
Do I need a website to have business email?
No. You only need the domain name. You can add a website later if you want one.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no long contract: email is paid monthly. Just email us at least 7 days before your renewal date. The details are in our hosting terms.
