Cancellation form

If you bought from us as a private individual (not for a business), you can cancel your contract within 14 days of accepting it, without giving a reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It does not apply to business customers.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel before the 14 days are up. The easiest way is to email hello@borg.digital. You can copy the form below into your email or a letter, but you don’t have to use it.

If you asked us to start work before the 14 days ended, you will pay for the work we did up to the point you told us you were cancelling. If we had finished the service in full at your request, you can no longer cancel. Otherwise, we will refund any payment within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method you used.
